Who We Are

Foothills Home Installers began as a service department for the manufactured home dealership owned by Tami Hodges’s father in the late 1970s. The department then transformed into a full-service company, offering site development and installations. The result was a turnkey operation that allowed customers to have all aspects of their installation handled by one company.

When the manufactured home dealership closed in the late 1980s, the demand for reputable and knowledgeable installers was high. Tami took over the company in 1989, and we are currently the longest operating manufactured home installer in Southwest Arizona.

Our team has extensive knowledge of the business and cares deeply about our customers and ensuring they are happy with their new homes. We are licensed, bonded, and insured, and we are members of the Better Business Bureau and Manufactured Housing Industry of AZ. We are in good standing with the Arizona Department of Housing.
